Sourcing Specialist Chocolate supports the Mondelez International MEU procurement organization.

As Sourcing Specialist Chocolate you will provides high quality purchase orders and contracts administrative management service to the Procurement Organization (Procurement companies and other Mondelez International legal entities) within agreed operations scope or within scope of the role.


Job description:

This is a 6 months placement.This role is accountable for:

•Managing Pricing inquires with suppliers
•Performing quarterly pricing reconciliations of selected direct materials (e.g. milk, cocoa)
•Responsible for Specification approvals between Mondelez and selected suppliers
•Involved in Menu Card project ensuring identified changes are implemented for specification reduction
•Managing selected projects where only one factory or one product (New product development or productivity) are involved
•Managing one or two large projects per year to deliver pipeline productivity within the Biscuit and/or chocolate categories (i.e. LIC/DIP analysis)
•Logging support queries accurately and in detail within KAYAKO, i.e. user information, source of queries, description of problem and solution
•Recommending, assisting & Implementing with process improvements
•Close interaction via phone and e-mail with Procurement, Internal stakeholders (R&D and Supply Chain), Accounts Payable team, IS if needed
•Ensuring the fulfillment and update of the process documentation.


Required profile:

Candidate Requirements:

•Technical Skills in the area of SAP, Buying Portal
•Proven experience in data processing, computer applications, or other system applications
•Demonstrated success in business process ideally gained in Sourcing/Purchasing or Accounts Payable areas
•Experience working with international teams
•Proficient in Excel
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, pro-activity and ability to work on own initiative
•Analytical, precise and well organized
•Good team player
•Advanced in English
•Other European languages (Spanish, German, French, Italian) would be an asset.
