Job role: Part Time Recruitment Administrator
Salary: £8-£9 per hour
Job Type: Fixed Term Contract until January 2018
Hours of work: part time hours 16 - 20 hours per week
Office Angels are excited at the opportunity of working with a client of ours who are looking for a strong Part time Recruitment/ HR Administrator to join their ever expanding team.
This role can offer the candidate the opportunity to work in a well know organisation, join a fast paced and friendly team as well as the option to start work straight away.
Key responsibilities of the part time Recruitment Administrator role will include:
- Update and manage the recruitment administration
- Sourcing suitable candidates for our roles
- Updating the with available candidate
- Chasing references
- Arranging starter paperwork
- Arrange HR support
- All administration tasks
- Arrange interviews; screen CV's, chase references
- Support staff members with any HR regulations if requested.
Desired Skills & Experience of the part time recruitment Administration role:
- Knowledge of HR and recruitment
- Proven track record of excellent administration within an office
- Up to date understand of employment legislation's
This role is more Administration based. The client is looking for a candidate who can portray excellent administration skills with knowledge of HR and recruitment.
