Senior Call Centre Agent

We are recruiting for a Senior Call Centre Agent in the Birmingham area. Our Client is a well-established Company.

As a Senior Call Centre Agent you will need to have/be:

·Experience of working in a telephone based customer service environment
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Flexible and open to change and innovation
·Experience of quality monitoring in an office environment
·Passion for coaching others
·Excellent customer service

Details:

·Salary: Up to £21,500.00 per annum
·Working Hours: Monday-Friday between 8.00am-6.00pm (37.5hrs-40hrs per week)
·Location: Birmingham
·Duration: Permanent

Role of a Senior Call Centre Agent:

·Support the team manager in the day to day running of the department
·Call monitoring and quality control
·Working towards KPIs
·Provide constructive team feedback, coaching and development
·Ensuring compliance and adherence to guidelines
·Deal with customer escalations and seeing them through to resolution
