A governmental role within a council office in solihull, our client ais looking for a Payroll Clerk to join their large payroll team based in Stockport. This position will be a temporary contract initially for 6 months, and offers an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Clerk to join a vibrant team.
As a Payroll Clerk you will be responsible for:
  • Processing the payroll weekly and monthly
  • Pension administration
  • Processing SSP, holiday pay, maternity and paternity pay and P11Ds
  • Parallel payroll runs
  • Query resolution
You will have previous experience as a Payroll Clerk. You should also be available to begin at short notice.
