Onsite Candidate Coordinator

Working Hours

08:00 – 16:30 (Monday to Friday)

Key Objective:

  • Providing support to the management team onsite
  • Absence and Holiday reporting
  • Ensuring there are clear lines of communication between onsite management and client management
  • Responsibility for the coordination of new starters and out-going documentation
  • Monitor response and deal with applications in a prompt, professional and timely manner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the recruitment team with all administrative tasks
  • Booking registration appointments for potential candidates
  • Screening CVs
  • Supporting the drafting and posting of job adverts on job boards
  • Corresponding with and creating great relationships with all recruiting managers and stakeholders

Required Experience:

  • Computer aptitude (MS Office suite) – Microsoft Word and Excel in particular
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • A confident, pleasant, polite telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail
