I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator/Receptionist to join a leading and well established organisation in Bromsgrove.

The organisation have fantastic offices in Bromsgrove with great links from the M5 and the M42 as well as great bus links. They also offer free parking on site.

This role will entail you to do the following tasks:

1. Managing the incoming telephone calls
- Answering any price enquiries from Sage
- Confirming delivery information to customers

2. Managing our; info@ main email address
- Printing off or forwarding on incoming orders
- Checking & where required correcting prices
- Forwarding on enquiries to relevant staff
- Replying to emails - where appropriate

3. Working with order entry & despatch on Sage software;
- Entering new orders onto system
- Preparing & printing the despatch notes & labels when goods are in stock
4. Greeting visitors to the office and signing them in & out

To be a great fit for this role you will be required to have the following skills and experience:

Proven administration and reception experience
Experience of dealing with customers face to face as well as over the telephone
Excellent telephone manner
Experience of using MS Office
Well presented

This role is permanent and full time working Monday-Friday 08:30-16:30 with 1 hour for lunch.
The salary has been agreed at between £15500-£16300 dependant upon experience.
