Ambitious and dynamic council seeks aspirational and innovative social work leader to provide additional short-term leadership capacity and capability for their children in care and leaving care service.
Our client is an ambitious and innovative council, with a cohesive and supportive senior management team.
Following a restructure they have an immediate requirement for an interim Team Manager to lead their children in care and children leaving care service for > 6 months whilst a permanent appointment is made.
You will be a qualified social worker, with experience of working with children and families as well as leading children in care and children leaving care services which respond to the needs of children and deliver positive outcomes.
