Area Sales Manager - West Midlands - Site Accommodation/Mobile Welfare
£35,000 + Excellent Uncapped Bonus + Car + Pension
My client is fastest growing family run companies in the UK and is a manufacturer and supplier of Mobile Welfare and Site Accommodation. Their products are designed, manufactured and then sold in to the plant hire industry to be leased out to various markets. Since the company began trading in 2010, they are now leading the way in the design, build and manufacture of welfare cabins.
As an Area Sales Manager for West Midlands region you will be responsible for developing business and revenue by selling their range of products in to the plant hire industry. This will be achieved through building relationships with clients across the West Midlands. With an established account base already in place your role will be to develop business through dealing with buyers, directors and procurement with key clients. Covering all of West Midlands, you will be responsible for increasing revenue in the region year on year. They are offering company car, phone, laptop and an excellent uncapped commission structure. You will run your own diary and be on the road meeting clients 5 days per week.
Ideally you will be from a sales background who has an understanding of the construction industry and have a real skill for negotiating and closing deals. You will be commutable to West Midlands with the following experience
1) The ability to build relationships
2) Demonstrate resilience and tenacity
3) Ability to deal with customers effectively and promote strong company image
4) Experience of selling into the relevant industries.
5) Be able to prove a successful track record in Sales
