This is for a global manufacturer of industrial and commercial inkjet printers for the garment, apparel and fabric industry. Leading the digital textile industry with its integrated pretreatment solution and its CMYK inks, it directly caters to the needs of both designers and manufacturers. With its immense experience in the direct to garment industry, it is revolutionizing the roll fabric industry by enabling printing with one ink set on all kinds of fabrics. They are a global company with offices in the United States, Asia Pacific and Europe and serves customers in more than 100 countries worldwide.

Due to promotion of the incumbent, they now require a Regional Sales Manager UK & Nordics.

Scope of activity includes:
* Establishing, monitoring and execution of annual business plan for direct sales and indirect sales with each of the partners in the UK as well as the Nordics
* Promoting products including consumables and service deliverables and continuously conveying messaging to partners and customers in the UK and the Nordics
* Building of a trustful, cooperative, and mutually beneficial relationship with partners as well as the representation of partners' legitimate interests towards the organization
* Monitoring and driving each partner's prospecting and selling activity throughout the entire sales cycle to the extent of being up-to-date on each of the partners' material sales opportunities
* Gathering market feedback direct, from partners, end customers, prospects and competition alike in the UK and the Nordics and provide it to the organization
* Explore potential reseller candidates and initiate proper training and manage the on-boarding process of any newly appointed partner by leveraging resources inside the organization
* Provide comprehensive reports to the Sales Director about ongoing sales activity of partners, competitive threats and about expected sales results

Desired Skills & Experience
* Experience in direct sales as well as distribution channel management in an international setting. Experience in structuring and formalizing of distribution partnerships
* Experience in garment, textile or graphic arts digital printing
* Ink-jet industry background
* Strong business background: experience in working with sales targets as well as in selling capital equipment and consultative selling
* High 'cultural I.Q.': able to deal with people from all over the world with different values
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Excellent planning, organization, prioritization and time management skills; ability to work independently and achieve goals with minimal supervision. Able to self-motivate and to work remotely (home office)
* Customer focused and service oriented
* Experienced in using preferred
* Ability and willingness to travel extensively
* Excellent English (verbal and in writing) essential. German or additional languages advantageous
