We have a fantastic opportunity within our head office for an ambitious and talented New Entrant Talen Business Partner within our Central Services head office in Rugby.

The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated professionals.

We’re looking for a talented, motivated and ambitious New Entrant Talent Business Partner to join our team. Based out of our Rugby office but with a national remit you’ll be responsible for supporting, implementing and contributing to the development of our new entrant talent attraction and development strategies.

Able to build strong relationships with both key internal stakeholders and external providers to meet the future needs of our business you’ll ensure that our graduates, undergraduates, trainees and apprentices receive relevant, high quality training and are fully supported in the early stages of their careers.

Already experienced in a similar role you’ll have a working knowledge of new entrant talent attraction and development with the ability to contribute to continuous improvement of existing programmes as well as good understanding of the further and higher education and academic qualifications required to achieve professional registration.

Responsibilities:

As a New Entrant Talent Business Partner you undertake the following:

  • Develop and build strong relationships with key universities to meet the future needs of the business
  • Management of Morgan Sindall sponsorship programmes
  • Management of all aspects of graduate, undergraduate, sponsored student, trainee and apprentice talent development programmes including post programme career mentoring

An understanding of the further and higher education systems, including further and higher apprenticeships, and academic qualifications required to achieve professional registration is required. Working knowledge of professional institution training schemes such as ICE, CIOB, and RICS is preferable.
