Are you an Accounts Assistant - looking for an exciting new role and seeking part time hours, then look no further as we may have the right role for you!
The main responsibilities of the sales ledger role include:
- Setting up new clients
- Producing invoices
- Banking and reconciliation
- Running off turnover statements
- Chasing up outstanding debts
- Sorting out any rebates and filing
- Checking VAT has been included on invoices
- Providing creditors with VAT receipts
Today we supply as a wholesaler low and high end products and this is a really nice opportunity to join an expanding company.
Hours : are flexible they can be 3 days or 5 days and part time, 25 days holiday, Salary : c £17K pro rata.
This will be to start on a 3 month temporary contract with a view to a possible permanent job.
The ideal person will be bright and pick things up quickly and keen to learn. Experience of Sage line 50 or Sage 200 will be advantageous.
