My client is a well known and highly respected group with an enviable reputation for quality and service and is now looking to recruit an experienced Optical Practice Manager for their boutique in Stratford-Upon-Avon.

The practice offers a relaxed service to their discerning clientele with a strong range of designer frames and leading brand lenses.
They are situated in a prominent position and have a large and loyal customer base. They have a friendly well trained and capable team in place that are all focussed on ensuring the customer journey is of the highest standard.
Responsibilities of the Optical Practice Manager
The role will entail managing the day to day running of the practice with emphasis on the customer journey. You will train, motivate and guide the team to be the best they can be as well as keeping control of the business side of the practice managing KPIs and targets as well as delivering on the profitability of the practice.
Naturally you will be experienced in all areas of management and have strong dispensing skills to pass on to the team with strong interpersonal skills.
Requirements of the Optical Practice Manager
My client is looking for applicants with present or previous management experience and an all round understanding of how to take a practice forward using your acquired skills to direct the team and manage the business with equal enthusiasm.
