Administrator - Birmingham City Centre - Immediate start
Our client are looking to recruit a Administrative Assistant to join their team in their Head Office based in Birmingham City Centre.
This exciting opportunity is based on growth within the company and is to work within a well established friendly team.
Duties to include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support for your direct manager and colleagues
- Liaising with external and internal departments
- Supporting, assisting and maintaining with various duties including arranging meetings and preparing documents
- Efficiently using in house systems
Skills and experience required:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous administration experience within the last 2 years or a recent graduate
Monday - Friday - 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
