Our client are looking to recruit a Administrative Assistant to join their team in their Head Office based in Birmingham City Centre.

This exciting opportunity is based on growth within the company and is to work within a well established friendly team.

Duties to include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support for your direct manager and colleagues
  • Liaising with external and internal departments
  • Supporting, assisting and maintaining with various duties including arranging meetings and preparing documents
  • Efficiently using in house systems

Skills and experience required:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous administration experience within the last 2 years or a recent graduate


£ 14,625

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday - 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
