Your new role
This is a full generalist role, working as part of a larger, supportive HR team. You will be looking after a dedicated area, which will be across the West and East Midlands, and providing full generalist support. This will involve working with regional managers around developing people and recruitment plans, through to case management, dealing with ER issues and supporting line managers through challenging conversations. This role has an excellent mix of strategic planning work, as well as operational 'hands on' support to line managers and employees.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for true HR Generalists, who have experience in and a passion for human resources. You will be covering the full spectrum of the employee life-cycle, so you must be equally at home dealing with disciplinary and grievances as you are working with managers around strategic employee planning. As this is an immediate requirement, candidates should be immediately available or free on short notice.
