Our Midlands based client is searching for a Business Change Manager to join their team

Location: Coventry, UK

Salary / Hourly Rate: £58 - 62 per hour

Key Responsibilities;

  • Ensure via targeted stakeholder management the successful integration of the online sales capability into the business in a way that maximises its chances of succeeding in delivering its KPIs and driving value for the company and its customers
  • Engage stakeholders impacted by the various changes in processes and procedures and ensure that they are aware of what the benefits of change will be for them and be ready to embrace the change
  • Have a communications plan and comms materials with a view to progressing stakeholders along the change curve and bringing about advocacy for online sales and its objectives
  • Determine appropriate governance procedures for new processes and ensure the correct mechanisms are in place to enable smooth running of online sales operations once live
  • Support process integration work across the project, responsible for leading stakeholders through process mapping workshops and leading them in process redesign discussions, responsible for a final process that is bought into by stakeholders at all levels of the business from D grade to LL3.
  • Preferred Experience of managing change for automotive manufacturers

Key skills required;

1)Experience of managing change on large scale, blue chip projects

2)Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport, credibility and relationships at a senior level

3)Be a strong delivery manager with a good track record of delivering change across multiple stakeholders
