Service Administrator/Costing Clerk
Sytner Oldbury BMW/MINI are looking to recruit a Service Administrator/Costing Clerk for their busy Aftersales Department with an immediate start.
Experience working in the same capacity within the motor industry would be an advantage but not essential for the right person. You will need to have experience in using Kerridge for internal invoicing, filing, invoice verification, holiday planning for the team and collating wages.
As a service administrator you must be self-motivated, an excellent communicator and have the ability to work as part of a successful and well established team. You must be prepared to work hard to achieve targets and personal goals. Attention to detail and a commitment to "Right First Time" are also essential qualities.
This demanding position will require the successful applicant to manage several tasks in hand, many with tight deadlines and manufacturer controls. As such, an ability to prioritise for the needs of the business and the busy department is a must. You will be an enthusiastic team player, have a keen eye for detail, be able to think out the box, be willing to help others, and thrive when working under pressure. You will also be able to work on your own initiative.
