About the job
First Key Hereford is a Domiciliary Care service which supports disabled people to live independently in their own home within Herefordshire. First Key Hereford have recently been awarded "Outstanding" in Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating.
As a Support Worker you will be supporting and enabling customers to take as much control over their lives as possible. You will offer appropriate physical and emotional support which may be in their home or the wider community.
With an understanding and positive attitude towards disabled people and the issues they face, you will be competent and sensitive in meeting personal care needs and household tasks.

You will have the ability to work flexibly between the hours of 7am to 11pm including weekends and Bank Holidays. These posts also require you to carry out sleep-in duties 11pm to 7am, an additional payment is made for these duties.
