Our client, a global leader in their field requires a Sales Administrator to support their large Sales team. As the Sales Administrator, you will assist and support the Sales Team in the managing of key accounts through sales and administration reporting directly into the International Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities in this role are to support the Sales team with the following tasks:
- Receiving phone calls from external customers
- Respond to customers enquiries/quotes via email, fax and phone
- Liaising with customers regarding orders
- Referencing incoming queries
- Progress chasing
- General administration for the sales team
To be successful in this busy role you will have excellent communication skills, be IT literate with knowledge of Word and Excel and be highly organised.
