Page Personnel are working with a prominent arts charity on an exclusive basis, to recruit for a payroll specialist on an interim basis to assist in the later stages of an implementation project.

Client Details

My client is a prominent arts charity located a short walk from Birmingham New Street station.

Description

Following a change to the expenses system of the organisation, my client seeks a payroll systems specialist to assist in the implementation and initial running for this process. Further to this, the successful candidate will be required to assist in the reform of present payroll arrangements and interface with HR systems. The role will involve manual checks, as well as assisting across process mapping and systems work.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of payroll system, and ideally worked to implement and follow through on the implementation of a new system. They will be working end-to-end across the payroll system, so should be well versed in the end-to-end payroll process. Finally the ideal candidate will be working closely across both the HR and Finance team, so should have previously acted in such a role.
