My client is a looking for an enthusiastic individual who is keen to start and develop a career in IT. This is a prestigious company who is going through a period of growth. This is a very exciting point within the business for a candidate to join the team.

Purpose of the role:
- To provide 1st Line IT support for all staff on system issues
- Provide system troubleshooting support to internal customers
- EDI Administrator
- Data Integrity and business continuity
- Checking system monitoring tools for preventative maintenance of IT Systems
- Create and maintaining company and department documentation and procedure guidelines
- Project Management
- Monitor and report on system performance
- Create documentation and procedure guidelines for ERP system users
Management of EDI systems & customer EDI connections

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

" Good general level of education. Ideally A Level or equivalent in IT or similar
" Previous experience of a ERP system ideal but not essential
" Must be able to work autonomously but also be a good team player
" Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, on the telephone and in writing
" Ability to plan and priorities work load without supervision, with a good attention to detail and ability to show initiative
" Practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques within a team environment
" Experience in supporting and ERP systems ideal but not essential
" Good Communication Skills
" Excellent Organisational skills

Working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8:30-4:30, 35 hours per week.
