To conduct a fair, consistent and prompt investigation of all sales complaints.
Conduct & Fair Customer Outcome responsibilities - Putting customer's interests at the heart of how they conduct business. This will be demonstrated through your individual behaviours with a clear focus on treating their customers fairly and delivering the right outcomes at all stages throughout the product lifecycle.
Sales complaints experience within a life and pensions environment.
Detailed knowledge of FCA complaint handling environment and legislation.
Desirable: Knowledge of requirements for salesforce structure and controls.
Ideally 2 to 3 year experience of working within a financial services complaint handling function.
Ideally qualified in the CII Certificate in Financial Planning (CFP) Qualification (or equivalent).
Ideally educated to 'A' level standard recognised equivalent.
