Celesio UK, a pioneering provider of integrated healthcare services, have an exciting opportunity to join our innovative organisation on a permanent basis. Based at our recently renovated Support Centre in Walsgrave Triangle, Coventry, this role will report to the Senior Commercial Accountant for Property and Development and you will be joining over 1,000 colleagues in our support centre with over 100 in Finance.


Our Finance Analysts play an instrumental part in supporting our Celesio UK business. They do this by providing financial analysis and insights, as well as informed recommendations to the business.

You will be required to work closely with stakeholders in Property and across the business so excellent stakeholder relationship management and communication skills are vital to provide challenges throughout the stakeholder process.

You will also have responsibility for developing robust business cases for capital investment, prepare the board papers and Discounted Cash Flows (DCF) for approval by Celesio UK and Celesio AG boards and evaluate the performance of respective investments.

You will provide support for development activities, which include refits, relocations, disposals / closures and acquisitions. This will involve working with the Development Managers, Financial Accounts team and Regional Finance Analysts to provide timely, accurate and proactive support to the Property & Development team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large commercial finance team that encourages development and progression.


The successful candidate will be a finalist or qualified accountant with strong Excel skills and the ability to form excellent relationships with business partners outside of Finance.

This role is based at our Support Centre in Coventry, Walsgrave Triangle, CV2 2TX. We are located just off junction 2 of the M6, easily accessible by car. If using public transport, we are 5.5 miles from Coventry train station, approx. 40 minutes by bus from the station.
