Tracking Team Advisor
Inbound Call Handler
We are currently recruiting for a successful National online retailer based in Nuneaton. We are looking for Call Centre experienced call handlers to assist within the Tracking Team to manage the workload and provide the best in class customer service/experience to all customers.
- Work as part of a team to maintain and support performance across the campaign
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Ability to manage customer expectations
- Confident to handle customer queries
- Provide great customer service
- Take ownership for each call and reach the best possible outcome for the customer
40 hours per week. Working 5 days across the 7 day period.
Job Type: Temporary to permanent
Salary: £7.20 / 7.50 per hour
