Lead Behaviour Practitioner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, innovative and enthusiastic Lead Behaviour Practitioner to join a forward thinking organisation, who support clients with learning disabilities and other health and social care needs, in their supported living and residential care homes.

The ideal Lead Behaviour Practitioner will have the following experience: -

  • Experience of leading a team
  • Have experience working with people with learning disabilities and who are on the autistic spectrum, particularly those who present challenges
  • Have a good understanding of current legislation
  • Have excellent experience managing and implementing person centred care
  • Have a qualification, which includes a diploma or masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or Positive Behaviour support.

As a Lead Behaviour Practitioner, part of your benefits package also includes: -

As a member of the senior management team, you will be expected to visit services within the United Kingdom, therefore you will need to be a car driver and own your own car.
