Client Details

My client is seeking an Accounts Assistant to start the business on a temporary basis, based in the heart of Birmingham.

Description

Duties will include but no be limited to:

  • Register purchase invoices
  • Manage 3 way- match and invoice process
  • Maintain KPIs
  • Processing of the monthly purchase ledger
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Cash management
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations
  • Employee expenses
  • Quarterly VAT returns
  • Assist Financial Controller as part of the month end
  • Processing journals
  • Perpetration of month end

Profile

  • Proactive
  • Team player
  • Willing to learn
  • Minimum 5 GCSE's
  • confidentially able to use Microsoft Packages (Outlook, Excel, Word)
