Commercial Pricing Administrator based on Hortonwood, Telford offering a salary of £18.000 to £19,000 plus benefits.

Job Purpose:
To provide pro-active customer commercial and pricing support to customers and sales force, to ensure company targets and objectives.

The role of Commercial Pricing Administrator:

  • To be an active part of the commercial administration team and deal with any incoming calls and take messages where applicable.
  • Maintain records e.g. attendance and holiday entitlement.
  • Provide all written communication to customers in a professional manner and with agreed timescales.
  • Complete the records and reports required by the commercial management for effective internal communication.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety and Environmental responsibilities are adhered to at all times, ensuring compliance with current legislation in accordance with the current Company Policies.
  • Ensure that the Company Quality standards are maintained at all times as detailed in the Company Quality manual and as also specified in the Company standard operating procedures relating to your position.

Working hours:

  • 37.5 per week
