About the Client:
My client is a fantastic organisation and owing to an internal promotion are looking for a Head of Collections - Contact Centres. This role will involve the management of c.450FTE through a team of 8 managers and the oversight of two off shore centres. The collections unit handles all aspects of secured and unsecured collections through an experienced management team.
What we’re looking for: The ideal candidate will not only be a fantastic leader, but someone with outstanding stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to drive collections activity, customer experience and continuous improvement across contact centres.
