Qualified Social Worker Locum - Looked After Children Team - Telford

Aurora Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority in Telford in search of a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to work in their Looked After Children’s Team on a locum basis. We are seeking Qualified Social Workers who have experience of working in/alongside a LAC team and you must be able to work autonomously. This position is for initially 3 months and then it will be on a rolling basis thereafter.

This is a locum contractual post, meaning that it is easier to have a better work life balance. Not only that, you also have more flexibility, it is very easy to take time out in between assignments to, for instance, travel the world, Continuing with Professional Development (CPD) or maybe just to be able to spend precious and valuable time with your family. This is often difficult to navigate in permanent positions as you are often limited by the amount of leave you can take, often when you return, the workload has amounted to the feeling of not wanting to go away again…
