Customer Services Advisor Telford £15,000 - £16,000

Your new company
Hays are currently working on behalf of a telecommunications provider based in Telford who are seeking to appoint a number of customer service advisers. This is a rapidly growing company with excellent opportunity for progression.

Your new role
As a customer services adviser your role would include:

+ Accurately input orders ensuring all orders processed correctly with correct address details, customer account details.
+ Advising candidates on phone tariffs
+ Dealing with customer enquires
+ Dealing with customer complaints
+ Process and resolve any customer queries raising relevant paperwork..
+ Answer incoming telephone calls
+ Liaise with customers at all levels
+ Liaising with external sales teams to meet customer requirements.
+ Cross selling products across promotional campaigns to existing customer base.
+ All other duties deemed necessary for the business.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be put forward to this role you must have at least one years experience in a previous customer services role.
