A unique business based in Bromsgrove is looking for a diligent, professional and competent individual for a varied and fast-paced reception based admin role. This company operate a professional yet close-knit office environment and a varied role in which you can truly get involved in the following:

  • Professional management of all calls coming into the office, acting as the main point of contact and dealing with queries in a timely manner including switchboard operation

  • Meet and greet, booking and coordination of meeting rooms, organised supplies and equipment

  • Sales administration including processing orders and invoices using various in-house systems

  • Preparation of quotes in line with client needs

  • Processing orders with a keen eye for detail, passing on all requests to the dispatch team in order to ensure timely delivery

We are looking for an experienced receptionist looking to take a step into their next role. You must possess access to you own form of transportation due to the location of the business. There is parking on site.
