We have a great opportunity to become an integral part of the eCommerce team, working collaboratively across all parts of the business, as a Product Manager. As an innovative technology function we don’t just build products, we create customer experiences. Everyday provides us an opportunity to influence the landscape of eCommerce.

The Role

·At a component level you will be required to lead elements of a product discovery process, helping to identify the technology and product features required, to achieve the business objectives

·Working cross functionally with business and technology teams, you will be required to bring together multiple stakeholders, with the aim of delivering specific components of the technology product road map

·You will be required to make frequent decisions and prioritise business needs to support the overall product development roadmap

·You will have full accountability for the successful implementation and adoption of new products, features and technologies

·Working in an agile (Scrum) methodology, you will be required to act as the go to individual, sat between business stakeholders and engineering teams

·You will act as a coach and mentor for your team, driving a focus on behaviours, communications and ways of working

·Working collaboratively across the teams, you will be engaged with a number of different countries and cultures

·You will be required to communicate across multiple concurrent work streams, ensuring that the business stakeholders are regularly appraised of product development progress

·At the heart of everything you do, you will be required to keep the customer at the forefront, and will manifest this in the customer experiences you create

The Person

·Effective leadership skills, acting as coach and mentor

·Strong time management skills

·An ability to prioritise tasks effectively

·Strong business acumen and problem solving skills

·A passion for, and understanding of Omni-Channel retailing

·A willingness to travel globally and frequently

·Excellent communication skills, enabling strong cross functional relationships, both internally and externally

·Confident presentation skills, engaging audiences at all levels, by evangelising products and components

·An ability to visualise and bring to life products

·A mindset to use data to drive key product development decisions

·A strong technical background is preferred, however this is not essential
