HR Business Partner
We are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner on a permanent basis, working within the Birmingham office partnering with the sales side of the business. You will be partnering with the senior management team in the sales business and working with the Senior Managers to drive strategic change. The salary is between £45,000 - 48,000 + benefits depending on experience, ideally you will be from a retail, sales or telecoms business but this is not essential.
Duties for the HR Business Partner will include:
* Delivering flexible and proactive HR support throughout the UK sales teams to improve business performance and people plans
* Building influential relationships with senior stakeholders, helping to build people plans to focus on identifying HR improvements and better business results
* Providing constructive and commercially driven advice to line managers on policies and procedures; and employment matters
* Supporting the organisation through change including succession planning, talent and restructuring
* Complex employee relations issues, offering advice to the business unit and driving continuous improvement
