Our Assistant Managers are multi-skilled and up for any challenge - from serving customers to managing health and safety in our kitchens; from leading a team to making sure that everyone gets the warmest of welcomes. Our Assistant Managers make it all happen.

As a Assistant Manager you’ll get to move around different types of clubs, so you’ll need to be flexible in your approach. (You’ll also need to be able to drive and have access to a car). This variety gives you a brilliant opportunity to develop yourself and your skills in different ways, in different environments. That flexible approach and willingness to tackle all kinds of challenges is all part of fun - and helps you to become a better manager along the way.

A key part of your role is leading, developing and managing your team to be successful.

If you’ve got great management experience, can lead by example, love the challenge of a role that involves juggling many tasks and have that real doers attitude of getting stuff done - we need you as an Assistant Manager on our team.
