Sales Support Administrator-URGENTLY REQUIRED

Our nationally recognised business solutions provider urgently require a Sales Support Administrator to join their busy operation based in Redditch, B98.

Candidate duties will include:

  • Processing orders and customer requests
  • Help to generate leads via phone and email
  • Supporting the internal and external sales team
  • Replying to customer queries via email
  • Sending out invoice information
  • Provide excellent levels of customer service at all times
  • Create business marketing ideas and promotions

Candidate experience will include:

  • Working within an office environment
  • Have the ability to work to company KPI's
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to manage a busy and varied workload
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be very well organised

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Starting salary- £16,000k pa, plus company benefits.
