Well-established gift & premium agency urgently looking for a sales manager.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services

• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections e the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

• Collaborate with team to achieve better results

• Responsible for sample development, order follow up until the goods has been shipped

Requirements

• Minimum one year experience as a sales executive within the gift & premium agency or advertising agency

• Proficiency in English, preferably with additional language

• Have experience managing a team

• Have leadership skills, particularly the ability to motivate and inspire your team

• Be a solutions focused team player with a 'can-do' attitude

• Effectively plan and execute the marketing strategy

• Excellent knowledge of MS office

•Able to demonstrate an understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

• Fast learner and passion for sales

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Salary + Commission
