NYAS is a leading provider of innovative children’s rights, participation and advocacy services for children and young people from 0-25.

We are looking to recruit for the following vacancy:

Senior Advocate - Worcester

Part Time: 20 hours per week

Salary: £13,261pa (pro rata of £23,207)

Home based

We are looking for a Senior Advocate who will have day to day responsibility for the running and promotion of the service, providing a high standard of provision to vulnerable children and young people, ensuring that their voices are heard and they are involved in decisions that affect their lives. You will be responsible for the allocation of cases to other advocates and provide case supervision. You will also recruit and induct new advocates and work to ensure children and young people are safeguarded at all times. Experience of working face to face with children and young people is essential.
