Job Title: Sales Administrator

An exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator has arisen to work for a progressive and well-established family run business who specialise in machinery. The role of the Sales Administrator is to provide support to the Service Manager in a busy working environment.

Job Description:

  • As the Sales Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for clients this will include reception duties
  • Handling queries and providing information to clients
  • Checking stock availability
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Sales order processing
  • Sending out parts
  • Organising deliveries
  • Inputting information onto Sage
  • As a Sales Administrator, you will also be organising flights & accommodation for engineers

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Sales Administrator ideally within a spare parts environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptionally organised
  • Previous experience using Sage would be an advantage
  • Warm and personable individual
  • Strong team player

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.45am - 4.45pm and Friday 8.45am - 4.15pm

Salary:National Minimum Wage
