Office Coordinator for Boutique Finance Consultancy
A boutique finance consultancy, based in city centre offices, are currently seeking a Reception Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. This exceptional role will be paying up to £22k!
Responsibilities will include providing a first class meet and greet service to all visitors, managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence, as well as ensuring an immaculately presented and efficient reception area at all times! You will also be responsible for managing all meeting rooms, organising client meetings, arranging conference calls, as well as liasising with all internal and external PAs and clients.
The ideal candidate must be personable, enthusiastic, highly professional with a real 'can do’ approach! You must be adaptable, flexible and a real strong team player! Previous reception and administrative experience is absolutely essential (18 months +), alongside a fantastic ability to manage and priorities a number of different tasks at once!
