THE OPPORTUNITY:

Macildowie are currently looking for a temporary Receptionist and Administrator working for a business based in Nuneaton.

This is a temporary full time position.

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Welcome, greet and direct customers

Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls including switchboard operation and tannoy operation where appropriate

Monitor visitor log

Ensuring that Reception area looks professional and of high quality

Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries

Meeting room set up and booking co-ordination, liaison with services providers for IT and catering.

Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and other departments

Absence cover in all receptions as required (must be flexible in working hours when required)

Complete any miscellaneous duties that may be required by the customer services team

Assist with the recruitment process

Liaise with recruitment agencies

Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence

Assist with the organisation of customer tours

Liaison with wider organisation for customer service support e.g visits, booking hotels, support with catering and events etc.

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

In order for you to be considered you must have the following skills:


Appropriate reception and business administration experience.

Experience of dealing with a range of contacts both within organisations and external visitors.

Proven customer support experience

Experience directly working with customers and internal departments

Enjoy working with people Experience supporting HR recruitment

Good written and spoken communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

IT literate, proficient in Microsoft office packages and comfortable with maintaining electronic data

Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

Ability to work on own initiative

You must be immediately available to work
