We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Derby estate to support the development of an analytical process to meet current and new business needs, which includes requirement gathering, documentation, project management and roll-out. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Management Insights and Data Analytics, you will work on unique projects, analyse customer behaviour, and establish processes to source and maintain key information, whilst ensuring compliance. You must be able to demonstrate advanced analytical skills and have an eye for detail. Being technically competent in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, R, Microsoft CRM and Google Analytic is vital. You will maintain data input and manage the marketing databases ensuring accurate, relevant and fit for purpose data.

You will hold strong communication and presentation capabilities as well as excellent stakeholder management and consultative skills, with proven experience of delivering to senior audiences but equally able to adapt your style when required.

You must hold a relevant degree in an analytical area or similar with a minimum of 2:1 and have experience in a retail or marketing environment as an analyst.

We’ll pay up to £28,000 per annum and other benefits include 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays (and we let you have your birthday off!), pension scheme of up to 9% employer contributions, Life assurance of four times your salary and a Health Cash Plan.
