HR Assistant - Coventry - START MONDAY
***TEMPORARY HR ASSISTANT REQUIRED FOR IMMEDIATE START***
Interaction Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a dynamic and exciting well established business and recognisable named business based in Coventry. Our client is based just outside of the city centre (so no traffic in the morning!!!), in a modern and well equipped contact centre (Subsidised cafe and vending machines).
Due to the growth of an existing client they are looking for a temporary administrator to help in the HR Department.
***Hours of work - 09:00- 16:00 Monday to Friday***
As a HR Assistant your main responsibilities will include:
-Dealing with incoming/outgoing post
-Assisting with facilitating assessment centres
The successful HR Assistant should possess the following skills and experience:
-HR admin experience preferable but not essential
-Attention to detail
-Used to work in a busy office environment
-Outgoing to self-driven
-Effective listening skills
-Adept at multi-tasking
-A focused and keen attitude to work and colleagues
-Excellent communication skills
-Passionate and eager for a new challenge
In return, you will be provided with all the support and tools you will need to be successful.
This is a temporary position for initially 2 weeks however there may be the possibility to extend this.
Pay rate - £8.65 p/h
