Reception/Administrator - Bromsgrove
A professional and successful business is currently recruiting for an upbeat, organised and hard working Reception/Administrator to join their Bromsgrove office. This is a permanent position, paying up to £16500.
Based front of house, your main duties will be:
Dealing with all incoming calls to the office, passing calls through and taking messages where necessary.
Greeting all incoming visitors, ensuring that they are correctly directed to their meeting rooms and that rooms are maintained at all times.
Processing incoming orders from clients; passing orders through to the dispatch team and ensuring that orders are delivered on time.
Preparing quotations and taking payments.
This role offers a great deal of responsibility from day one, and you will need to be able to work under your own steam and work to deadlines. As the first point of contact for the business, you will need to have an excellent telephone manner and be professional at all times. Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred, and you will need to demonstrate that you can work under pressure.
The salary for this position is in the region of £16500, and there is parking on site.
