Resourcing Business Partner (Onsite Recruiter) – Coventry

We have a vacancy for an onsite recruiter at our client's head office, a water and wastewater company based in Coventry. You will find yourself embedded into their culture and building relationships across the organisation. We are looking for someone who has a passion for recruitment, thrives in finding the right people for the right roles and ensures that the quality of hires is continuously improved.

Here are the key responsibilities we do on a daily basis to make sure things are running smoothly:

• Manage the end to end interim recruitment process, from carrying out vacancy briefings / job shadows to gain a good knowledge of the client's requirements through to in-depth telephone / face to face interviews to qualify suitability and managing the offer and paperwork process.

• Pro-actively source a high calibre of candidates from a variety of sources, including profiling, head hunting, CV searching, social media and networking.

• Ensure that the end to end recruitment process supports a positive experience to our candidates at all times.

• Ensure we have talent pipelines to meet the future resource requirements of the business.

• Manage relationships with key business stakeholders, HR Managers and candidates within your business area.

• Attend weekly/monthly meetings with your business areas, so you are kept up to date with future and current recruitment requirements.

• Work in close conjunction with the other Resourcing Business Partners, sharing best practice and ensuring that a consistent approach is adopted.

• Agree a recruitment process with each recruiting manager in line with contract SLAs

What we are looking for

To be successful in this role you must have previous recruitment experience, having had a focus on contingent workforce. Demonstrable experience of direct sourcing to short timescales across a variety of levels and skillsets is essential, ideally gained from an in-house environment. IT or engineering recruitment experience is a must, if this has been obtained onsite then all the better!

You will need to be fully PC literate with MS Office and be able to pick up new systems to work with the internal recruitment system. We also work in a structured, process driven environment, so you must enjoy working to a process and ensure you are following the correct recruitment methodology and frameworks at all times.
