We have an opportunity for an experienced Business Development Managers to work for a property management company covering the Birmingham area.

Duties and Responsibilities Include

Generate own leads and appointments
Prospect for potential new clients
Cold call as appropriate within your geographic area
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your professional network.
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers
Set up meetings
Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends
Submit weekly progress reports of leads and ensure data is accurate.
Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.

Skills and Experience Required

Proven New Business Development Experience in B2B Sales
Full Clean UK Drivers Licence
Intermediate Computer Literacy Essential
Organised and with meticulous attention to detail.
Able to multitask and work of own initiative towards set targets or goals.
Well rounded interpersonal & communication skills, able to prioritise.
Performance driven and results orientated, (target focused)
Professional and Business focused,
