Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for a fantastic hotel in the Stoke area, this stunning property will offer the right candidate an opportunity to gain experience across a large reception with multiple outlets. As our new Receptionist you will be responsible for the day to day function of the front desk and lobby.

Duties

·Manage the front desk and supervise staff to ensure a warm welcome to all guests

·Ensure accurate billing and cash handling

·Handle guest feedback constructively and professionally

·Respond to emergency situations

·Coach and train junior members of staff

·Part of the Duty Management team

Requirements

·In depth knowledge of all hotel reception tasks

·Experience of supervising/managing a front office operation

·Ability to lead and motivate a team

·Highly computer literate (previous knowledge of Opera an advantage)

·Professional level of spoken and written English

·Ability to prioritise and delegate in a busy environment
