SF Group are looking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Administrator who can support Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams in administrative tasks. This role is working for a Manufacturer in B62. This is a permanent position paying up to £22,000.

Representative Activities:

  • Prepares high quality proposals, offers or other sales documents for customers while respecting brand standards and policies. Prepares charts, graphs, and tables for presentations or reports
  • Liaises with all sales and marketing to maintain accurate records to provide efficient, effective controls for all sales activities
  • Collects, assembles, and summarises statistics and information from different sources. Completes data in SAP (Netweaver) to create the SAP item number
  • Ensures a reliable follow-up on all documents and complex sales sheet
  • Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions
  • Communicates with local factories and teams across Europe and Israel
  • Follows up the request, shipment and cost of all samples
  • Organises customer meetings, room reservations, lunches, meet and greet etc.
  • Assists with the merchandising and promotional material
  • Requests packaging, pallet specifications and certificates from factories in order to complete customer specification sheets
  • Completes customer specification sheets
  • Schedules appointments and arranges meetings, conferences, meeting rooms and travel for the sales and marketing events
  • Organises the office, maintains it in good condition, arranges for necessary repairs and manages the supplies of stationery and equipment

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proven track record in in a similar position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
