My client in the professional services space is currently looking for an Apprenticeship Specialist to join their Talent division and lead a brand new team to set up the Apprentice programs for the business.
You will be working closely with the HR Services team to support the design and implementation of the end to end delivery of these programs as well as being involved in the initiation and maintenance to support the entire scheme.
This role would suit someone from an FE background or someone who has worked in a funded training environment.

- Day to day people & operational management
- Training needs analysis
