SF Group are recruiting for an exciting new business within Birmingham city centre. This role will require an individual with extensive Customer Service skills and the ability to up-sell where possible. This position will require a candidate who wants to submerge themselves in the business and understand complex product details. The day to day duties in this role will include;

  • Take inbound calls from customers
  • Provide a high level of customer service at all times
  • Manage relationships with customers and third parties
  • Ability to work to targets and KPI's and conversion rates
  • Making sure that all relevant data is in place e.g. account set up and payment details
  • Persuasive and influential phone manner
  • Have the confidence and knowledge to guide customers to the best plan for them
  • Work as part of a team and contribute to shared goals and objectives
  • The ability to work on your own initiative as well as being highly motivated
  • Motor awareness experience desirable
  • Ambitious, customer focused and driven to succeed

This vacancy is paying c£18,000-£22,000 dependent on experience. You must be a self-motivated, have good time management and a professional phone manner.
