Job Title: Office Administrator

Our client undertakes all manner of commercial building work. They offer a comprehensive service assisted by modern facilities both "in-house" and from our established and trusted supplier network.

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a hands-on Office Administration Assistant to support the Office Manager & Administrator within the office function. Office Administrator duties include:

  • As an Office Administrator, you will be Answering customer queries and calls
  • Emails, calls inbound and outbound
  • Notifying customers of changes to deliveries, problems and updates on work
  • Copy typing letters
  • Filing customer information correctly
  • Data entry
  • Controlling petty cash
  • Booking in site staff and contractors for work

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous office experience required
  • Strong typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hardworking and confident individual

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm, 37.5 hours per week

Salary:£8.00 per hour
