An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a leading law firm based in Birmingham City Centre. They are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to support multiple fee earners within their Employment department.

The main duties involved in this role are as follows:

Audio typing (Big Hand)
Typing and drafting correspondence
Amending documents
Diary Management
Booking meetings
Assisting with and drafting bills
Arranging and booking travel and accommodation
Opening, maintaining and closing files
Archiving files
Updating and maintaining databases
Scanning and preparing documentation
General administration ie. filing, faxing, photocopying

Proven experience as a Legal Secretary is a must for this role as well as the following skills:

Excellent typing skills
Diary management
Excellent communication skills
Extremely organised
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Flexible, with a can do attitude
Team Player
